My name is Katherine, and I am the founder and designer behind Coshi.

Coshi is a small independent craft studio creating objects for slow living. Our work is inspired by wabi-sabi — the beauty of natural materials, imperfect forms, subtle textures and things made by hand.

We are endlessly curious about materials and the ways they can be transformed. Each collection begins with this exploration: a material, a texture, a shape or an idea that slowly develops into an object.

We create objects that add character and tactile pleasure to everyday spaces.

Everything is made in small batches, with attention to the material, the process and the little details that make each piece unique. Whenever possible, our designs are reusable, adaptable and created with longevity in mind.
